RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

At Shapd, we offer a 30 day return policy. This means you can return your item/s for a full store credit or exchange from 30 days of receiving your item.

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a store credit. We DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind, so please be mindful when purchasing. Items must be returned in original condition - unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. 

 

To start a return, please email us at info@shapd.com.au or click on chat with us, give us your order number (you can find this on your order confirmation email), reason for returning, along with any photos if applicable. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Please note: Shipping charges on standard/express will not be refunded with returns/exchanges that are made.

 

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and keep the receipt with tracking number. Shapd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if the parcel is not traceable.

 

Please note: returns can take up to 10 business days to process. 

 

AFTERPAY RETURNS:

If you have purchased through AfterPay, the returns process is the same as the above. A store credit will be issued and your AfterPay payment plan will continue.

 

FAULTY ITEMS:

At Shapd, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. if you belive that an item you have purchased from us is faulty, we encourage you to contact our support team within 30 days or your purchase for inspection. 

 

Our team will examine the provided images of the item for any faults. in the event that your item is deemed faulty, we will gladly provide an exchange subject to the availability if the product in stock. if the product is unavailable, we will offer you a store credit as an alternative. 

 

Please be advised that items outside of the 30-day period will not be considered under our Faulty Item Policy and therefore are not eligible for exchange/store credit. 

 

Any issues outside of this period are considered to be wear and tear as such cannot be returned.

 

How to reduce wear and tear:

  • Make sure you consider the washing instructions to ensure your clothing is long lasting.
  • Treat your gym wear with care.
  • Make sure you have the correct sizing to reduce the risk of damage.

Return postage costs for change of mind or reasons out of our control are at buyers expense. Where the return is within our control; e.g. the item being defective, or where we have sent the wrong item, we issue you with a pre-paid shipping label.

 

MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEM

We are very attentive and take care when fulfilling your order to ensure it's correct. If however, we have sent you the wrong item, or an item is missing, please contact us, as soon as possible, and we will get the correct item to you. If the item you ordered is not available at the time, we will issue you with a refund. 

 

NO RETURNS FOR ITEMS ON SALE

All sales items or discounted items are final unless an item is proven to be damaged or faulty.

Items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return.

No returns or exchanges on sample sale items.
