What happens after I place my order?

Once you have placed your order, keep an eye on your email inbox. We will email you a confirmation email to let you know we have received your order. Once your item has been shipped you will receive another email with tracking information. We aim to fill all orders within 2 business days.

 

 

What is your returns policy? 

Yes we do allow returns. We have a 30 day return policy, you can return your item/s for a full store credit or exchange from 30 days of receiving your item.

Please note: Shipping charges on standard/express will not be refunded with returns/exchanges that are made.

 

 

How do I make a return? 

To make a return click here. Please ensure your return meets the following criteria:

1 – Items are unworn/unwashed and in resalable condition;
2 – In the original packaging with tags;
3 – Adequately packaged for transit; and
4 – Return label clearly displayed on parcel.

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

AUSTRALIA:  

Standard: Orders will take 2-5 business days from dispatch to arrive.

Express: Orders will take 1-2 business days from dispatch to arrive.

 

NEW ZEALAND:  

Standard: Orders will take 6-10 business days from dispatch to arrive.

Express: Orders will take 2-4 business days from dispatch to arrive.

 

 

My shipping information is incorrect, how do I fix this? 

Email info@shapd.com.au to update your details, however if your item has already been shipped for the fastest response, please contact the appropriate courier service to advise them of your address change.

Domestic & international orders are sent with Australia Post (13 76 78)

 

 

My order hasn’t arrived, what do I do? 

Delays with our courier can sometimes occur, so we ask that you allow 14 business days for your parcel to arrive. Your shipping confirmation email will contain tracking details so you can see where your parcel is.
