We have partnered up with Australia Post to ship your Shapd goods. Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

The best way to track your deliveries is through Australia Post’s mobile app. Get expected delivery dates, localised service updates and stay notified if things change.

You can also track your parcels on auspost.com.au by using the tracking tool.

 

Where do you ship to?

We are based in Melbourne, Australia but we ship worldwide. Orders outside of Australia may be subject to custom duties and taxes applied at the destination country. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your city or country, please contact us first by emailing info@shapd.com.au

What are your shipping rates?

AUSTRALIA: Standard shipping is $9.95 or FREE on orders over $150. Orders will take 2-8 business days from dispatch to arrive. 

Express shipping is $15 or FREE on orders over $250.

Orders will take 1-2 business days from dispatch to arrive.

NEW ZEALAND: Standard shipping (6-10 business days): $15.00

Express shipping (4-6 business days): $25.00

REST OF THE WORLD: Standard shipping (8-12 business days): $15.00

Express shipping (5-8 business days): $30.00

Incorrect addresses and service disruptions?

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time and to the right address, SHAPD cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions and including incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

Authority To Leave/Signature Release:

This gives the delivery driver the authority to leave your package on the property if or when nobody is there to receive it. This means a signature is not required upon delivery. Once delivery is completed, any lost or stolen items will be the responsibility of the customer. SHAPD is not responsible for any parcels that are lost or stolen unless during transit. We advise you to select "Signature Required" if there is nowhere safe to leave a parcel.
